 OUR OBJECTIVES

• Community Connection: Provide a forum for Kenyans and friends of Kenya in the National Capital Region (NCR) to connect, foster goodwill, and promote mutual cooperation among themselves and with other groups and organizations.

• Community Gatherings: Facilitate opportunities for Kenyans and friends of Kenya in the NCR to come together through community events, including an annual community picnic.

• Cultural Celebration: Promote and celebrate Kenyan culture, heritage, and national days, alongside Canadian culture and traditions.

• Sustainable Support: Develop sustainable sources of income to support community activities that advance the objectives of the Society.

• Responsible Citizenship: Encourage activities that promote good citizenship at the Kenyan, Canadian, and international levels.

• Collaboration & Advocacy: Collaborate with other communities and organizations, including the Kenya High Commission, Canadian federal, provincial, and local government departments, Kenyan groups in Canada and North America, and the broader diaspora, to promote the wellbeing of Kenyans in the NCR.
